Together, they bring experience in business, banking, education, nonprofit leadership, community service, healthcare, and philanthropy to the Foundation's work.

  • Kris Trosper

    MEMBER AT LARGE

I grew up in Sahuarita, a small town where the desert landscape feels like a second home. From the early days at Sahuarita High School to walking across the stage at the University of Arizona, my roots have always been deep in southern Arizona. These places have shaped me in ways I never realized at the time. There's something about the warmth of this desert—both the sun and the people—that sticks with you.

But what truly fills my heart is my daughter, Raegan. Watching her grow and seeing the world through her eyes reminds me of how much I want to give back to the community that gave me so much. I've always believed in the power of connection, so over the years, I've had the privilege of serving on several nonprofit boards. These organizations have become part of my mission to support and uplift the people around me, just as I was supported growing up.

Southern Arizona isn't just where I live; it's who I am. Whether it's helping a local cause or simply lending a hand, I find joy in contributing to this community. It's where my story began, and it's where I plan to keep giving back for years to come.
